If you’re considering working together, here’s exactly what
the
process looks like from first enquiry through to completion.
The first step is to get in touch via the website or by email.
Once I’ve received your enquiry, I’ll send you a short form with a few questions to get started to help me understand your space, what you need support with, and how best to prepare for our initial conversation.
This ensures I’m the right support before we move forward.
After reviewing your enquiry, we’ll arrange a complimentary 15-minute discovery call.
Every project begins with an in-person assessment. This allows me to see your space, understand how it currently functions, and talk through how you’d like it to work day to day.
We'll look at:
Assessments typically last between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the size and complexity of the project.
Where other household members are involved, it’s important that everyone affected is aware of and comfortable with the process.
Assessments are time-based, with the length and cost agreed in advance during the discovery call, so expectations are clear from the outset.
Following the assessment, you’ll receive a clear proposal outlining the scope of the project. This includes:
This step ensures we’re aligned before any work begins.
S Once the proposal is agreed, sessions are scheduled and practical details are confirmed. I’ll guide you through what to expect and how to prepare, so the process feels clear and easy to follow.
All organising work begins with decluttering. This stage is essential and is approached with care, patience, and clear guidance.
We work through items together at a pace that respects your comfort while still maintaining progress, so decisions feel supported rather than rushed.
Once decluttering is complete, we put systems in place that suit how you live and use your space.
The may involve:
Any organising products are discussed and agreed in advance.
If a space would benefit from additional storage or organising solutions, I can take measurements to help plan layouts and advise on suitable options.
Any measurements provided are for planning purposes and should be confirmed by the client or installer before purchase.
Organising products such as boxes, containers, and internal storage can be sourced as part of the organising process.
Fitted or installed storage, such as shelving, wardrobes, or wall-mounted solutions, is purchased and arranged by the client.
Once any installation work is complete, I return to organise the space and put systems in place so everything works smoothly and is easy to maintain.
At the end of the project, we walk through the space together.
I’ll explain the systems that have been put in place and share guidance on how to maintain them over time.
The aim is for your space to feel:
